AI Professional Services planned company
A subsidiary of ALXEVT · brand of ABS COMPANY INC.
What it is
AI Professional Services is a planned subsidiary of ALXEVT, and today it is a delivery model and nothing else. It has no clients, no engagements, no revenue, no staff and no history; it is not incorporated, has never delivered a product and has never invoiced anyone. What exists is the model set out below, a proposed mark the owner has not adopted, and this page. The model is the most client‑involved of the five companies ALXEVT plans: any product, undefined at entry, defined together with the client, refined until it fits. Everything here is published by ABS COMPANY INC. of Jersey City, New Jersey, which trades as ALXEVT and would be the operator of record.
This company is planned. It has no clients, no revenue and no delivery history, and nothing on this page describes work already done. The mark below is a proposal awaiting the owner’s adoption. Where something does not exist yet, this page says so.
The mark, read
- The egg
- Life — that which is about to exist. Every ALXEVT subsidiary wears it by the owner’s decision: all daughters must be palladium eggs with specialization in business or in AI tools. What differs between sisters is one instrument in the shell, and nothing else.
- Palladium shell
- The catalyst metal, and the top of the parent’s maturity ladder. On a subsidiary it is worn as the target, not as a grade earned. Inside the parent’s own registry PSAIO is still graded honestly, and a company that has taken no work stands at foundation.
- The inlay
- The Frame — the instrument of PSAIO’s first act. A client arrives with a need that is not yet a specification, so the work begins by framing it, and the frame is set from both sides at once.
- Two corners, not four
- The frame is never closed. This model has no gate that freezes a scope, so the mark is given no fourth side to shut.
- Unequal on purpose
- The corners are drawn at two scales — the client’s whole world, and the one thing that actually has to work. Holding both at once is the claim; it is the parent’s Atomic and Galactic lenses brought down to a single inlay.
- The empty field
- Nothing is drawn inside, because the product does not arrive with us — it is found in the engagement. On a company that has run none, the emptiness is also literal.
- Not a coin, not a medal
- The obvious inlay for a business company is the classifier’s Coin, and the planned Agentic Business Studio’s proposed emblem is a struck medal — a disc with concentric relief. The Frame is neither round nor concentric, so the two companies cannot collapse into each other at 22 pixels. The coin is still an open option for PSAIO; that choice is the owner’s.
- No orbitals, no visor
- The three orbitals — Change, Govern, Reflect — belong to the parent’s corporate mark and appear on no other. The visor belongs to the Saint Egg. Neither is borrowed here.
- No website tile
- The square tile that marks a project as reachable is missing, because PSAIO is not. It has no site and no domain of its own. The tile is earned by shipping one, not by drawing it.
- Status
- A proposal. No mark and no name in this system is adopted without an explicit owner decision, and this glyph has not had one. Until it does, PSAIO’s mark is a drawing under review — published so the review happens in the open, which is how the parent’s own identity system was built.
The delivery model
The model
PSAIO’s specialization is set by the owner: a professional services organization that takes on any product, works with the customer to define it, and delivers the product those needs turned out to describe. What follows is that model as planned. It says how the company would work. It does not report work done, because none has been.
- Input
- Any product need, undefined at entry. A specification is not a condition of starting; not having one is the normal way in.
- Client involvement
- Continuous. The product is defined together with the client and refined until it matches their needs. The client stays in the room for the whole engagement — that is the method, not an overrun.
- Gates
- No single gate. Nothing freezes at entry, because there is nothing definite to freeze; iterative review is what takes its place.
- Output
- The final product, per customer needs as they crystallized — which is rarely what either side would have written down on the first day.
- The trade
- Highest fit, highest client time spent. Stated first because it is the cost: this model asks more hours of the client than any other company planned here. A buyer who cannot spend those hours should not buy this model.
- Where it sits
- On one axis, running from the client defines everything with us to no client exists yet, PSAIO is the first end. Three planned sisters sit further along it: one gate and then no client time; minimal questions and one approval before a 24‑hour build; and a studio that originates with no client at all. A fifth is off the axis entirely — it makes tools rather than takes engagements. All five are planned. None is trading.
- What it is not
- Not an escalation service for work that already failed inside a client’s own team, not a fixed-window production line, not a framework you install. Those are the models the other planned companies would carry.
The name, and what it still does not say. The company is AI Professional Services by owner decision of 27 August 2026, which reorders the earlier Professional Services AI Organization and puts the AI in front, where the claim actually sits. PSAIO is retained as the internal short name and is used as shorthand on this page.
The reordering does not fill the gap it exposes. The AI has not been specified beyond the word: no delivery method, agent, pipeline or tool particular to this company has been designed, and nothing is claimed here about how the work would be automated. The name states an intent the company has yet to define — fittingly, since defining the undefined is what it is for.
Package status
Seven parts make a company package: brand, website, tools, strategy, roadmap, economics, products. Honest state of each — proposed means drawn or drafted and awaiting the owner; open means the question is live; not started means exactly that.
The package, part by part
Inside ALXEVT a company is a seven-part package — brand, website, tools, strategy, roadmap, economics, products. This is where each part stands for PSAIO on 26 August 2026. Most of it does not exist. The empty rows are the useful part of the table: they are the state of the company, not placeholders to be quietly filled in later.
- Brand
- Part decided, part proposed. The form is settled by owner decision — a palladium egg carrying one instrument. The Frame above is a proposal awaiting adoption, and the coin remains an open alternative. Type and palette are inherited from the parent’s family constants; nothing has been chosen for PSAIO on its own — not a typeface, not a second color, not a voice.
- Website
- This page, on the parent’s domain. PSAIO has no site and no domain of its own. The exact-name .com is registered to an unrelated party; alternatives were checked once and nothing has been bought. Domain work is parked by an explicit decision: it ranks below every other part until a package is ready to ship a site.
- Tools
- None. PSAIO would run on the parent’s stack — static HTML, the Worker pattern, the governance ALXEVT applies to itself — but nothing has been built, configured or deployed for PSAIO.
- Strategy
- The specialization only. What the company sells and where it sits against its sisters is written down. There is no go‑to‑market, no named segment, no competitor analysis, no partnership, no pricing posture.
- Roadmap
- None. No milestones, no launch date, no date for a first engagement. Nothing about PSAIO is scheduled, and no date should be inferred from this page being here.
- Economics
- None. No rate card, no cost model, no capital, no forecast, and no revenue — the company has never quoted or invoiced anything.
- Products
- None, and by design there is no catalogue. This model’s output is one client’s product at a time, so a product list would be a list of engagements. That list is empty: no engagement has been taken, and there are no case studies, references or logos to show.
Three facts that sit outside the seven parts and belong on any honest company page.
- Legal
- PSAIO is not incorporated and has no separate legal existence. It is a planned company of ABS COMPANY INC. (Jersey City, New Jersey), which trades as ALXEVT, publishes this page and would be the operator of record.
- People
- Nobody is named, and nobody has been hired. There is no team page because there is no team.
- Contact
- developer@alxevt.com — the only address published for anything here. There is no PSAIO phone number, office or sales contact, and none is coming before the company does.
What it inherits
Every ALXEVT company is a palladium egg — the family form — with one instrument inlaid to say what it specialises in. The bare shell and the three orbitals belong to the parent alone (the ALXEVT Palladium Egg), and the visor belongs to the Saint Egg. The companies also inherit the parent’s ascent picture, its 16 Pillars as cross‑cutting method, and its technological stack.
The metal is deliberate: palladium is the target of the maturity ladder, not the rung any of these companies has reached. They are drawn at the level they aim for, because the goal is meant to be a hard one.
