Commercial availability: Our public websites, informational content, and free tools may be accessed globally. ABS COMPANY INC. offers paid products, commercial services, and customer contracts only to customers located in the United States. Global access or Russian-language content is not an offer to sell outside the United States.

1. Scope

ABS COMPANY INC. (“ABS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates alxevt.com, ados-state-hub.alxevt.com, ai-agents-swarmed-dsewiki.alxevt.com, ai-benchmark.alxevt.com, aibench.alxevt.com, alxw.alxevt.com, ap-spark.alxevt.com, apbio.alxevt.com, cloud-mcp-oauth.alxevt.com, gbm-gene-network.alxevt.com, github-adlc-coordination.alxevt.com, gsc-mcp.alxevt.com, kiln-slot.alxevt.com, learn-permutations.alxevt.com, lp-gpt.alxevt.com, oneprep.alxevt.com, pc.alxevt.com, pokemon.alxevt.com, population.alxevt.com, shadow.alxevt.com, sites-registar.alxevt.com, sndcld.alxevt.com, sndegg.alxevt.com, soundcloud.alxevt.com, spotify.alxevt.com, swim-window.alxevt.com, timer.alxevt.com, waldo-board.alxevt.com, world-population.alxevt.com, and world-population-playback.alxevt.com (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Services. It also applies to future ABS web products that link to this Policy.

3. Google Analytics and cookies

On alxevt.com, we use Google Analytics 4, including measurement ID G-MZRF0BS7C4, to understand site usage and improve performance and content. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and similar technologies and may receive page URLs, device and browser information, interaction data, approximate location, and identifiers. Google explains that Analytics processes an IP address during collection but does not log or store individual IP addresses in Google Analytics.

Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, optional Analytics storage defaults to denied until a choice is made. The regional notice offers Accept, Reject, and Manage choices; advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied. You can reopen Cookie Choices from the footer or control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect some features.

4. Connecting a SoundCloud account (sndcld.alxevt.com)

The Service at sndcld.alxevt.com is an independent application. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with SoundCloud, and playback is performed by SoundCloud’s own official player. The application can optionally connect to your SoundCloud account. Connecting is never required: every feature that works without an account continues to work in exactly the same way if you never sign in.

What is stored when you connect. We store the following in a single encrypted cookie placed in your own browser, named __Host-sndcld_sess: an access token and a refresh token issued by SoundCloud; the expiry time of that access token; and your SoundCloud user identifier, display name, profile link, and avatar link. The cookie is sealed with AES-GCM and marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax, so its contents cannot be read by any script running on the page, including our own.

Where it is stored. Only in your browser. We operate no database and keep no server-side record of your session, your tokens, or your identity, so there is nothing on our side to request a copy of or to delete. Separately, your listening queue is stored in your browser’s local storage, and in Telegram cloud storage when the application is opened inside Telegram. That queue holds only track identifiers and links — no account data and no tokens. Queues you save by name are kept the same way, in that browser only. Alongside them the application keeps a small cache of public facts about the tracks in your queue — title, uploader, cover link, duration, genre, public counts, and tags — so that reopening the application shows your queue immediately. That cache describes tracks and never you, it never leaves your browser, and it is never written to Telegram cloud storage.

Retention and deletion. The session expires seven days after you last use it, and in every case no more than thirty days after you signed in. Signing out deletes it immediately.

What we read from your account. We read, and only read: tracks you have liked; playlists you have liked; your own playlists; tracks you have uploaded; tracks you have reposted; tracks from the accounts you follow; your recently played tracks; and the accounts you follow. We never post, like, repost, follow, comment, upload, or change anything in your SoundCloud account.

Disconnecting. Use Sign out in the application: this deletes the session immediately and asks SoundCloud to end it. SoundCloud does not document whether that also invalidates the refresh token, so to be certain the connection is fully withdrawn, also remove this application at soundcloud.com/settings/connections.

Analytics. The application uses the same Google Analytics measurement described in section 3, measurement ID G-MZRF0BS7C4, to count page views. We do not send your SoundCloud identity, your tokens, or your queue to Google Analytics.

Your SoundCloud account itself remains governed by SoundCloud’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Connecting a Spotify account (spotify.alxevt.com)

The Service at spotify.alxevt.com is an independent application. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Spotify, and playback is performed by Spotify’s own Web Playback SDK in your browser, which requires a Spotify Premium account. The application works only with a connected Spotify account: without one it offers sign-in, and nothing can be searched or played. Connecting happens on Spotify’s own site, and we never see your Spotify password.

What is stored when you connect. We store one signed cookie in your own browser, named sp_session, containing the refresh token issued by Spotify and the times it was issued and expires. The cookie is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so that it cannot be altered; it is not encrypted; and it is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, so scripts on the page cannot read it and it travels only to spotify.alxevt.com. During sign-in a second cookie, sp_pkce, holds a one-time verifier for ten minutes and is then deleted. The short-lived access token that the Web Playback SDK needs is obtained by our server from the refresh token and handed to the page, where it is kept in memory only.

Where it is stored. Only in your browser. We operate no database and keep no server-side record of your session, your tokens, or your identity, so there is nothing on our side to request a copy of or to delete. Your chosen player look and whether the diagnostics panel is open are kept in your browser’s local storage.

Retention and deletion. The session cookie expires 180 days after you signed in, which is the lifetime Spotify gives the refresh token; when Spotify issues a replacement refresh token, the cookie is reissued with its original expiry. Signing out deletes it immediately.

What we read from your account. The application asks Spotify for these permissions: your account profile, including your e-mail address, display name, country and subscription level (to tell whether playback is possible); your saved tracks and your playlists, including private ones; your playback state, current track and devices; permission to control playback — start, pause, skip and transfer playback between your devices; and permission to stream through the Web Playback SDK. It never creates, edits or deletes playlists, never saves or removes tracks, and never follows anyone: it does not hold those permissions.

Disconnecting. Use Sign out in the application: this deletes the session cookie immediately. It does not withdraw the application’s access at Spotify, so to be certain the connection is fully withdrawn, also remove the application at spotify.com/account/apps.

Analytics. The application at spotify.alxevt.com does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service.

Your Spotify account itself remains governed by Spotify’s own terms and privacy policy.

6. How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; understand traffic and usage; diagnose problems; respond to communications; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

7. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, analytics, security, and operations; when required by law or a valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Google processes Analytics information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

8. Sale and targeted advertising

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We do not currently use the Services to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.

9. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, operational, legal, and dispute-resolution needs. Google Analytics retention is also governed by our Analytics settings and Google’s policies. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained longer where permitted by law.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether a particular law applies to ABS, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to obtain information about collection and disclosure; to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or profiling activities; and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

To submit a request, use our contact information. We may need to verify your request and may deny or limit it where permitted by law. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits.

12. Children

The Services are general-audience services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

13. International visitors

The public Services may be accessed outside the United States, and Analytics remains enabled for global traffic. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our providers operate. Limiting commercial customers to the United States does not remove privacy rights that may apply to an international visitor. Where non-U.S. law applies, nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Language and U.S. operations

This Policy is designed for ABS operations in the United States. Russian-language content and the Russian translation of this Policy are provided for accessibility and convenience; they do not expand the geographic availability of paid or commercial offerings. The English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services or practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the “last updated” date. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
