Why these products exist

Everything listed above is one company’s working record. Over the last nine months these builds moved from the simple and the educational toward the genuinely complex — not to fill a portfolio, but to prove the foundation the company is built on: a governance framework, agentic flows, and a methodology that has to survive contact with real work before it can be sold.

• FirstA split‑flap timer and portable players — small, finished things. The point was the discipline: ship it, deploy it, verify what actually reached production.
• ThenExplainers and courses — a biosphere, combinatorics, live population data. Harder content, real users, and the first tests of whether an agentic flow could carry a subject it did not invent.
• ThenExam and practice platforms — AP, SAT, a card‑market estimator. Persistent state, correctness that matters to someone, and scope that no longer fits in one head.
• NowThe framework itself as the product: governed change, an append‑only decision record, and five planned companies specified on it.

This site is the smallest exhibit of it. Its May 2026 tree was two hand‑built pages and a contact record — one of them already carrying a playable game, written quickly and governed by nothing. The two games on this board are the same idea run the other way: built under the framework, specified first, tested against that specification, recorded — a cycle that caught a real defect before either shipped. Arcade games are trivial. Putting one through the same protocol as a platform is the point.
